1 | No dying! Embrace that beautiful natural hair colour! (even if just for a while, while you grow out your locks) trust me, your hair will be thanking you!

2 | No heat! Go au natural! Theres so many ways to style your hair without heat, and it really does help when it comes to growing out your hair. If you really can't go without hair dryers, always use the cool setting!) Heat is not your friend.

3 | A good diet! You can't expect your body to make your skin glow and your hair long if you're feeding it crap! Having a balanced, healthy is a vital part of not only beauty benefits, but health benefits too!

4 | COCONUT OIL! You beaut! Basically you need to introduce this into your life if you haven't already! Not only amazing for the health of hair, but for skin too! Magical stuff i tell ya!

5 | Don't wash those locks too much! It may sound icky, but leave your hair unwashed for as long as you can! It is sooo much better for your hair than washing it everyday. Struggle with oily hair? Try shampooing twice in the shower, it makes a difference!

The consistency of these velvet lip creams are amazing! I tried the ones from sleek which dried my lips out a lot, but this one doesn't in the slightest! Plus it's very build-able, which i like!

GIMME GIMME GIMME!!!!

hey guys! I've been loving browsing all the high-street websites at the moment and looking at all the different collections, i absolutely love autumn, it's my favourite season - dressing wise! So i thought i'd put together a little wish-list!

Jumpsuit | How beautiful is this jumpsuit?! I'm not usually one for jumpsuits as i don't think they suit me very much, but just look at the pattern on this beauty! It almost looks embroidered! So beautiful!

Crop top | Now this beauty actually is embroidered!!!! dribble....thats all i have to say really!

Gypsy queen leather jacket | oh my god....this has got to be the most amazing jacket i have ever, ever seen! if only it wasn't £250.....god i hate being poor!

Moon crop | to be honest, any top with a crescent moon on it has me sold! Not exactly autumn wear but i definitely will be rocking the crops in the next months

Blanket wrap | i've got to admit, i love this coming trend! and new look are definietly going all out with the blanket wraps! This one is one of my favourites they have and i really want to go and search it out in store! love love love!

well hey there! I've spent my week in sunny devon! It was so lovely to leave my worries behind ( but lets be honest they're never too far behind ) and relax with some family - mainly on the beach! Is it bad i'm 21 and i don't know how to dive? My 15 year old cousin attempted to teach me....

At the moment i can't stop putting a ton of pressure on myself about what i what to be doing with my life, everyone says 'oh you're young you've got plenty of time' and i do believe thats true but also i'm in my 20's now and i really want to be pursuing something i love! Well following on from that, me taking a step back from my fashion studies has seemed to clarify how much i love it and want to carry on - it's like they say 'you don't know what you have till it's gone' Luckily it hasn't gone...i've just strayed a little

This fur gilet is one of the best £15 i've spent! I've been looking for a decent one for not to much for so long and finally just took the risk with ordering from china on Ebay! It is literally perfect - i do worry about sizings because they tend to be soooo small but this is perfect and even manages to fit over the boobies! YAY!

It's so strange being in a new place, i was at my old house for so long it feels strange to be able to walk 2 minutes and be in a town with people bustling around! As much as i miss my old house i feel grateful for a fresh start!

This outfit was from a couple of days ago, it's pretty casual as i was just milling around town to get used to whats there, i just added my DIY kimono for a little bit of protection from the cool winds. I do love these autumn days were the sun is still shining but the air is crisp and fresh!

As for my progress with healthy clean eating, i popped into Tesco to see the range of organic products (SO EXPENSIVE) i ended up just getting a bunch of gluten free products to start stocking up to help when i get peckish (keep me away from chocolate) and i'm hoping to start my Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! Wish me luck!
