Coconut & Cacao Wheat-free Vegan Cake

Cake Ingredients:
dry
1 1/2 cup gluten-free self rising flour
1 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup raw cacao powder (or cocoa)
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1/2 tsp salt

wet
1 cup water
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut milk/almond milk
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp vanilla extract

(pre heat oven to 190°C)
Step 1:  Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
step 2: Combine wet ingredient in a separate bowl
step 3: Combine the wet and dry ingredients! 
Step 4: Pour mixture into cake tin and bake for 35mins

Chocolate Coconut frosting Ingredients:
Dark chocolate
Creamed coconut

step 1: Melt the creamed coconut in a bowl over a pan of boiling water
step 2: Start adding chocolate to the melting coconut (as much or as little as you want)
Step 3: When melted transfer to fridge and keep checking back until its a frosting texture
step 4: Slather that bad boy all over the cake and enjoy!
