I underestimated how bloody hard it would be to have a full time job and blog!! As i can only do my outfit posts outside it all depends on what the weather decides to do on that one day off! Today i literally got ready for my day and checked BBC weather for the one dry spot for the day and grabbed my tripod and FLEW outside the minute it stopped raining (for a few seconds) So i hope that explains the lack of posts!

At the moment i'm wearing a lot of dark colours which i tend to do when the weather gets colder, so i'm loving playing with mixing texture and prints, so on my trips to the charity shops i've been looking out mostly for different textures and prints!

Autumn Fashion Trend Essentials

1 | The fedora! Don't get me wrong, i still adore a good beanie when the weather is chilly but this season i've been loving fedoras and bowler hats, and not just in my usual black colour, i've been lusting after teal and burgundy colours as well!

2 | FLUFFY FURRY GOODNESS! gimme anything furry and fluffy and soft and snuggly! It has to be a autumn essential as i am obsessed and i've picked this one from Topshop as an example, the cut and shape of this coat is lovely and i wish i could fork out the £79 for this beauty!

3 | Oh the smock dress. It should be wrong...it should be so so wrong but for some reason it is soooo right! and this is one of my favourite silhouettes for this season and i'm sure it will spill over into 2014...(especially this one from ASOS sooo beautiful!)

4 | I have to whip out the docs! I throw my hands up and admit that i have never owned anything more than a cheap dupe but i'm hoping soon that will change yay! They are such an autumn/winter staple i had to pop it in this list!

5 | A dark burgundy/wine lipstick is an absolute must have for autumn/winter! In the colder months i can often end up wearing a lot of dark colours and i think wearing a dark lip pulls it all together and creates a dark gothic and i LOVE it!

6 & 8 | Unless you live under a rock you will have seen tartan EVERYWHERE this season, and don't get me wrong i love a bit of tartan in my life but this season i've been loving unusual tartan pieces and little hints of tartan, like these shorts with the tartan pockets which i am thinking of doing to a pair of my own shorts!

7 | These vagabonds have me dribbling a little! I'm loving more masculine looking footwear so much recently it's become an obsession! (I've seen a pair very similar to these in New Look)

9 & 10 | Winter paisley! Too be honest with you paisley is an all year round print love for me. I find myself loving it in summer and winter and i can't seem stop myself reaching for lovely ethnic, paisley prints. Especially little baby-doll paisley dresses with thick black tights... and layered with thick knit jumpers...DRIBBLE!

11 & 12 | Chunky thick sole boots...these leave me a little weak at the knees! and no one seems to be doing it as well as vagabond at the moment! They are on the pricer side but shops such a H&M and Topshop have very similar styles so it is possible to create the look! I will be looking out for some dupes but if not saving up for some vagabonds it is!

Hello my Beautys! <3

I am so tired i can hardly stay awake, people at work tease me for not being able to hack the hard work but literally my body got so used to lying in and having no job or uni (and lot's of food...) that it's taking a long time to get back into a routine! I am definitely getting more used to this whole full time thing, but i'm not quite there yet!

I've been thinking this week how much blogging has brought me out of my shell (style wise) I've always been very headstrong about what i like and what i don't like but to be honest for years i would keep the things i lusted after under wraps and wouldn't even bother trying things out because i just thought i would look shit or that people would laugh, so i would just buy what people i knew were buying! I wouldn't have thought taking pictures of myself in my outfits would be the thing to make me say 'sod em' to all the close minded people that live in this world, but it is definitely making a difference and i love it <3

(ps. i do own an iron. What i lack is the enthusiasm to use it...)

Hey guys! hope you are all good!

Being at work this week has really got me thinking about human beings...What the hell happens to people in their upbringings that makes them believe that they can use you as a human punching bag? It really does baffle me, and also makes me question myself? I experience such bad guilt and sadness for people i could never treat someone like that, i would chew me up! I really do need to learn to grow a tougher skin, i have always gone by treat others how you would want to be treated yourself - but to be honest it doesn't get you anywhere, people just shit all over you anyway!

Well anyway, enough of human ramblings! I have another outfit post to share with you guys! I bought these shorts on a whim a couple of weeks ago. I am so picky with my denim washes (so weird i know) that when i find a wash and cut and colour i like i have to snap them up, and these were one of those pairs! I'm probably going to distress them even more than how they came but i love them! Thank you new look! <3

I love the look of high waisted shorts/skirts with thick black tights and whatever top takes my fancy, I've been loving this primark one recently as 1) it's tartan....2) I has a high neck (it's so chilly!!) and 3) It's just so darn cute!

I got a job!! yaaaaaay!

So i manage to bag myself a full time job which is great because were i used to live had NO jobs anywhere! Only problems is trying to squeeze in blog posts and filming videos into the little time i have off, which is very tricky but i love doing it so i'll make it work :)

I got this beauty of a top about a week ago, i fell in love with the print and though it would look even better like a dress, so i picked it up in a size 18 so it was like a printed slouchy vest dress! I think it will be a great layering piece with knit wear and shirts when it gets even chillier! I paired it with some opaque tights (LIVE IN THEM) and layered my black see through Religion shirt over with my trusty primark grandpapa coat for a autumnal layered look!
